Release Notes v3.16

Article summary

Release Date: June 17th, 2022

WHAT’S NEW?

This release adds new and updated APIs, additional Portfolio and Topic chart export capabilities, and other usability enhancements.

Portfolios and Topics

New Export Capabilities

Users can now export the annualized loss exposure bar charts in Portfolios and Topics to Excel (XLSX) and CSV in addition to the previous PDF and PNG export options. To access the export options, click on the more options menu of the annualized loss exposure chart.

Note: the screenshots below show the export occurring at the Portfolio level, but the same actions are available within a Topic to export the corresponding chart.

The export will include the list of Topics or Scenarios along with their annualized loss exposure. The annualized loss exposure will be reported by the 10th percentile, Most Likely, 90th percentile, Minimum, Average, or Maximum, based on the option selected in the Report Options field in RiskLens.

Note: Manage Portfolio Report or Manage Portfolios and Topics permission is required to export Portfolio and Topic reports.

Topic Report: Manage Scenario Filters

Users can now filter the Manage Scenario Page for a given Topic to exclude scenarios associated with a different Topic in the same Portfolio from the scenario list. By default, all scenarios are displayed. To hide scenarios associated with a different Topic in the same Portfolio, click the Hide Scenarios in Other Topics in this Portfolio link.

To include scenarios associated with a different Topic in the same Portfolio in the scenario list view, click the Show Scenarios in Other Topics in this Portfolio link.

Note: Manage Portfolios and Topics permission is required to view and edit the Manage Scenarios Page.

BUG FIXES

• Risk assessment word export has been updated to match the format of the annualized aggregate loss exposure chart in RiskLens

KNOWN ISSUES AND EXCLUSIONS

• The minimum supported browser resolution is 1440 px width. Some application content and functionality are not visible or functional at smaller resolutions.

• Some asset and scenario workshop keyboard control options do not function as expected in IE and Edge browsers.

• There is a known issue when the session timeout is set to 15 minutes because of a limitation with Microsoft.NET Framework. This framework dictates that the session cookie cannot be updated during the first half of the user’s session. When a user is inactive, the platform’s warning popup displays when there are 10 minutes left in the session. Since a user cannot update the cookie within the first half of the session (before the halfway mark at 7:30 of 15:00), if the user clicks Stay Logged In in those first 2.5 minutes, their session will not reset to 15 minutes and will time out at the end of the original 15 minutes
